Terms of Use

1. Your Data

The security of your data is our first priority. We review and update security protocols against current attack methods, including those that use AI.

Prompts, Decisions, and Commitments you enter remain yours. Profile data is required to secure your account. It is encrypted in transit and at rest on United States infrastructure.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers under any circumstances; period. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required to infer a Decision, and then only as required for that inference. To further minimize exposure of your data, we prioritize processors that offer a Zero Data Retention policy. (For this reason, we do not use the Fable model by Anthropic—which requires data retention for a minimum of 30 days.)

Health, Wealth, and Relationships calculations are product features that may change. Personal Health Information (PHI) that you choose to send is encrypted in transit and at rest. Codes sent to public lookup services are anonymized and stripped of your Personal Identifying Information (PII). Bank connections, when you enable them, are read-only for balances and transactions. These connections do not enable the transfer or movement of your funds. Banking data is encrypted in transit and at rest via the same mechanisms as used by the banks themselves.

You may delete your account and all of your data at any time. Account deletion is a complete wipe of your data from our systems. Your data in our application's database is immediately destroyed. Backup copies may exist for a short period--approximately one day--until those backups rotate.

2. Our Designs

The artwork, logo, layout, instructive text, diagrams, and the underlying logic and configuration of our decision framework are proprietary. We ask you to respect our intellectual property and not take or share screenshots or recordings of the product without our written permission. Rendered screens may carry an attribution mark identifying your account. You may still truthfully discuss your experience of our product as you see fit, positive or negative. These Terms are not intended to gag legitimate criticism or discussion. We simply ask you to help us protect all the art and engineering work we put into the product.

3. Experimental Software

You understand WYF is experimental software. It may fail, change without notice, render incorrect outputs, or lose data. Use at your own risk.

4. Not Professional Advice

WYF renders structured Decisions across health, wealth, relationships, and tactical contexts. WYF is not a doctor, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, investment advisor, emergency service, or fiduciary. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help because of anything WYF outputs.

5. Commitments

Commitments are voluntary records you accept inside the product. They are not legal contracts with us. We do not enforce your Commitments and are not responsible for the consequences of keeping, abandoning, or ignoring them.

6. Hard Decisions and Emergencies

WYF is designed to engage with hard decisions, including those involving personal risk, danger, and life-and-death tradeoffs. WYF is not an emergency service. It cannot dispatch help, contact authorities, or intervene in a physical situation. If you are in immediate danger — not deciding about a situation, but in the middle of one — stop using WYF. 7. Community Conduct

You agree not to use WYF to violate applicable law, harass or threaten any person, attack or probe the service, impersonate another user, or extract private system behavior or another user’s data. WYF is a decision engine for individual decision-making; do not use it as a surveillance or targeting instrument against another entity or organization except where authorized by law in non-civilian, tactical contexts.

8. No Warranty

WYF is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from your use of WYF is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or non-economic damages.

10. Single Operator

WYF is operated by one person. There is no engineering team, support staff, or legal department. Support is best-effort and non-guaranteed. The operator may be temporarily unavailable. If the service becomes unavailable for an extended period, you will be notified at your registered email address when feasible.

11. Synthetic Demo and Regulated Data

The Mike Reeves and Maya Harper demo profiles, and the demo bank account, are synthetic. They are provided as a convenience to help you understand the product prior to entrusting it with your own data; they do not represent any real financial account, institution, or individual. Do not enter live regulated financial or clinical health data unless you are willing to have that information processed under these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using WYF at any time and may request deletion of your account data.
