Alpha Terms of Use

1. Alpha Software

WYF is experimental alpha software made available to invited testers. It may fail, change without notice, render incorrect outputs, or lose data. Use it at your own risk.

2. Not Professional Advice

WYF renders structured Decisions across health, wealth, relationships, and tactical contexts. WYF is not a doctor, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, investment advisor, emergency service, or fiduciary. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help because of anything WYF outputs.

3. Commitments

Commitments are voluntary records you accept inside the product. They are not legal contracts with us. We do not enforce your Commitments and are not responsible for the consequences of keeping, abandoning, or ignoring them.

4. Hard Decisions and Emergency Situations

WYF is designed to engage with hard moral decisions, including decisions that involve personal risk, danger, sacrifice, professional duty, and life-and-death tradeoffs. WYF is not an emergency service. It cannot dispatch help, contact authorities, or intervene in a physical situation. If you are in immediate danger — not engaged in decision-making about a situation, but actually in the middle of one — stop using WYF and contact emergency services. In the United States: call 911 for emergencies, call or text 988 for mental-health crisis support, or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

5. Your Conduct

You agree not to use WYF to violate applicable law, harass or threaten any person, attack or probe the service, impersonate another user, or extract private system behavior or another user's data. WYF is a decision engine for individual decision-making; do not use it as a surveillance or targeting instrument against another person.

6. No Warranty

WYF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from your use of WYF is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or non-economic damages.

8. Confidentiality And Public Commentary

Please do not publish screenshots or unreleased product details without permission. You may truthfully discuss your experience, positive or negative. This alpha is not intended to gag criticism.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate alpha access at any time. You may stop using WYF at any time and may request deletion of your account data.

10. Single Operator

Wolf You Feed is currently operated by one person. There is no engineering team, support staff, or legal department. Support response times are best-effort and non-guaranteed. The operator may be temporarily unavailable. If the service becomes unavailable for an extended period, you will be notified at your registered email address when feasible.

11. Financial Data and Synthetic Demo Data

No live financial data integration (e.g., Plaid) is active during the alpha. The "Mike Reeves bank account" data visible in the demo profile is entirely synthetic and does not represent any real financial account, institution, or individual. Any financial data you enter into WYF during alpha is typed by you — it is not pulled from external services. A live integration may be introduced in a future beta release; this Terms of Use will be updated before that occurs.
