Beta Privacy Notice

What We Collect

During beta, WYF stores the information needed to operate the product: account information, profile calibration data, Decision Opportunities, WYF responses, Commitments, delivery reports, usage timestamps, error events, estimated API spend, and Agent API access metadata when you request keys or credits. If you deliberately enable an optional financial connector, WYF may receive the linked account and transaction data needed to power Wealth features. The current build emphasizes demo and sandbox financial data; do not connect or enter real financial information unless you are comfortable using it in an experimental beta.

How We Use Data

We use your data to operate WYF, render Decisions, maintain Commitments, display dashboards, estimate costs, debug errors, review Agent API access requests, and improve the beta product. The operator may inspect stored product data only when needed to debug, secure, support, or validate the beta. That limited human inspection posture is for beta operations and will be narrowed further for general release.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA AND DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ADVERTISERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Optional Financial Connectors

Financial-connector credentials are encrypted at rest. Account and transaction data is used only to power WYF's Wealth features and can be deleted through account deletion or disconnect flows. The operator does not browse or review banking data as a product practice. Any inspection of financial records is limited to user-requested troubleshooting, security investigation, or data-integrity validation.

External Processing Services

Reviewed foundation-model and infrastructure services may process the relevant prompt content needed to render Decisions and classifications. During beta, do not enter information you are unwilling to have processed by those services under their applicable terms. Specific provider and routing details are available during enterprise or government configuration review.

Beta Surveys And Referrals

Beta feedback may be collected through Google Forms or similar third-party form tools. Survey responses may include your product feedback, referral names, referral contact details, and permission notes about whether we may mention your name when inviting someone. Do not submit referral information unless you have a good-faith basis to share it for a beta invitation.

Retention And Deletion

Beta data is retained while your account is active unless deletion is requested or operational cleanup is required. Retention rules will be tightened before general release. You may delete your account in Settings, or request deletion by emailing info@victorytechpartners.com.

Single-Operator Notice

WYF is currently operated by one person. There is no team. The operator handles all data access, support, debugging, and security review personally. Support is not 24/7 and response times are best-effort. Please be patient. If you have a data or security concern, email info@victorytechpartners.com.
