Alpha Privacy Notice

What We Collect

During closed alpha, WYF stores the information needed to operate the product: account information, profile calibration data, Decision Opportunities, WYF responses, Commitments, delivery reports, usage timestamps, error events, and estimated API spend. If Plaid is enabled, WYF may receive linked account and transaction data through Plaid solely to power Wealth features. The alpha build currently emphasizes demo and sandbox data; do not connect or enter real financial information unless you are comfortable using it in an experimental alpha.

How We Use Data

We use your data to operate WYF, render Decisions, maintain Commitments, display dashboards, estimate costs, debug errors, and improve the alpha product. During closed alpha, the operator may inspect stored product data only when needed to debug, secure, support, or validate the alpha. This human inspection posture is for alpha only and is not the intended posture for beta or general release.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA AND DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ADVERTISERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Financial Data

Plaid access tokens are encrypted at rest. Account and transaction data is used only to power WYF's Wealth features and can be deleted through account deletion or disconnect flows. The operator does not browse or review banking data as a product practice. Any alpha inspection of financial records is limited to user-requested troubleshooting, security investigation, or data-integrity validation.

Model Providers

The only third parties that may process Decision content are major foundation model and infrastructure providers used to operate WYF, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others where applicable. WYF sends relevant prompt content to model providers to render Decisions and classifications. During alpha, do not enter information you are unwilling to have processed by those providers under their service terms.

Alpha Surveys And Referrals

Alpha feedback may be collected through Google Forms or similar third-party form tools. Survey responses may include your product feedback, referral names, referral contact details, and permission notes about whether we may mention your name when inviting someone. Do not submit referral information unless you have a good-faith basis to share it for a closed-alpha invitation.

Retention And Deletion

Alpha data is retained while your account is active unless deletion is requested or operational cleanup is required. Retention rules will be tightened before beta and general release. You may request deletion by emailing info@victorytechpartners.com.

Single-Operator Notice

WYF is currently operated by one person. There is no team. The operator handles all data access, support, debugging, and security review personally. Support is not 24/7 and response times are best-effort. Please be patient. If you have a data or security concern, email info@victorytechpartners.com.
